Refund policy
Only items in original packaging and new, unmarked, and sellable condition can be returned. Pre-authorized materials may be returned within (30) days of receipt for credit.
Exclusions: The purchase price of digital content (e.g. MP3s, downloads, etc.), and art prints (which are printed on demand) will not be refunded.
Customers choosing to return their items are responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide you with the return address when you call or email. If you are returning an item due to an error on the Catechetical Institute's part, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the items.
Please contact a Catechetical Institute customer support representative at (740) 283-6754 or CI@franciscan.edu to receive authorization before returning any items.
Please have ready when you call, or include in your email the following information:
- The Order Number (found on your packing slip or in your Order Confirmation Email)
- The items you are looking to return, as well as the quantity of each item.
